Meet Erica Towe

With a Master's in Education, and building upon her experience as a professional performer and personal coach, Erica uses “Improvisation For Life” workshops to create transformational experiences for individuals and businesses to find clarity of purpose and success in reaching the next level of their goals - all while having fun!

Erica specializes in leading Women’s Workshops. She has lead high-energy workshops for up to150 people, down to small intimate and individually-focused workshops for 10 employees.

Meet Olivier Renaud

Olivier one of the most engaging and charismatic workshop leaders you have ever seen. The man knows how to have fun and brings his groups along with him. But he’s also a dynamo at helping people grow. He offers specific useful tools that participants can learn and apply immediately.

Olivier is a multilingual Third Culture Kid having lived abroad most of his life in countries such as Brazil, Romania, Czech Republic and Thailand. He is a HEC Montreal Business School Trilingual Program graduate. He understands business and corporate culture and has a vast array of international experiences and perspectives to bring to his workshops.

Olivier ran away with the circus (literally!) touring the US, Scandinavia, Western and Eastern Europe with Cirque du Soleil as an acrobat. He will charm the heck out of your team or conference participants.

Improvisation For Life Workshop Trainer Mary Parker

Meet Mary Parker

Mary C Parker received her Masters degree in Applied Theatre from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and now facilitates workshops for communities and people of color using storytelling, play and comedy.

Mary grew up in Stone Mountain, GA and received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University, and is a certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation from Duquesne University’s Palumbo Donahue School of Business.

Mary combines her expertise in dialogue facilitation and and her background as a skilled improv performer and stand-up comedian to facilitate workshops informed by Theatre of the Oppressed, Playback Theatre, and comedy to offer one-of-a-kind play spaces to communities and people of color facing oppression. She has led trainings and facilitated on race, inclusion, and leadership for students and communities in London, England, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Plumtree, Zimbabwe and throughout the United States in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and Seattle.

Meet Sloane Miller

Sloane is a smart, savvy and insightful “Improvisation For Life” workshop leader. With a background in social work and vast experience as a New York improvisational comedian, Sloane has the knowledge and insight to move your employees and teams into a new phase of courageous and innovative thought processes.

As a licensed social worker and professional improvisational comedy performer, Sloane is exceptionally adept at harnessing the power of improv comedy to help clients solve problems faster, build better interpersonal skills, communicate more effectively, and discover their infinite capability for more YES!

For the past 20 years, she has worked with private clients and as a consultant to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and hospitality industries, government, and not-for- profit organizations. Sloane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College, her Master of Social Work degree at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, and her Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing and Literature at Bennington College. She has been performing musical improvisational comedy professionally since 2014 in and around New York City.

Meet Tana Sirois


Tana Sirois is an improviser, actor, theatre-maker and trainer based in NYC. She received her BA in Acting from Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts, and her MSc in Creative Arts & Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London. She is a co-founder of the NYC-based Arts & Culture non-profit organization Culture Lab LIC, and artistic director of Dirt [contained] Theatre Company. Tana is also a member of The How — an international movement theatre ensemble, and of the feminist musical satire troupe, Broad Comedy which tours around the country raising money for Planned Parenthood and The ACLU, and performs Off-Broadway at The SoHo Playhouse.

Tana has led engaging and fun workshops that foster connection, collaboration and confidence through improvisation and play in NYC, London and Istanbul. Tana has also worked as Katie Goodman’s Programming Director for the past eight years, and is a certified coach under Katie’s Improvisation For Life Certification Program.

Tana's knowledge and experience as an actor, facilitator and mental health professional places her in a unique position to connect deeply with participants, inspiring them to move beyond perfectionism and fear into a space of authenticity and creative flow. Every workshop is designed to fit the client's specific goals, and crafted to leave participants feeling connected, creative and alive!
